How ScoreLoop Works

Six steps from opening the app to everyone watching the score live. No step needs a login.

  1. 1

    Create a match

Open the app, name your two teams, and set the format — overs per side, players, and whichever ground rules you play by (wides, no-balls, whether a one-bounce catch is out). No sign-up, no account, ready in seconds.

  2. 2

    Choose a scoring mode

Pick Quick Scoring if you just want the team total, or Detailed Scoring if you want full player-by-player stats — batting figures, bowling figures, and dismissal types. You can make this call per match, based on how much the group actually cares that day.

  3. 3

    Start the innings

Pick who's opening the batting and bowling, and the scoring screen is ready. From here it's just tapping what happened on each ball — runs, dot ball, extras, or a wicket.

  4. 4

    Score every ball

Tap through the match ball by ball. The app handles the counting for you — legal deliveries versus extras, strike rotation, over completion, innings totals — so you're never doing scoring math mid-match.

  5. 5

    Share the match code

The moment a match starts, it has a live link and a QR code. Send the code over WhatsApp, or let someone scan the QR — either way, they're watching within seconds.

  6. 6

    Friends follow the live score

Anyone with the code opens it in a browser — no app install, no login — and watches the score, overs, and current batters update as you score, right up to the result.
